WORLD QUEST EYEGOR’S SPECIAL FRIENDS PET BATTLE
This world quest is located in Revendreth at the waypoint (67.6, 66), or if you take the bridge to the east of Darkhaven Eyegor is at the opening at the end of that bridge. This quest will give you 8,150 experience and 125 reputations with the Court of Harvesters. Eyegor has three battle pets that you have to defeat Boneclaw, Spindler, and Rocko. These battle pets will scale to your battle pet’s level.
Eyegor’s Battle Pets and Abilities
Boneclaw – is a beast battle pet. Thrash is a level 1 ability with a 100% hit chance. That wildly flails at the enemy 1-2 times, dealing 10 beast damage per hit this can hit an additional time if the user attacks first. This is strong against critters and weak against flying. Toxic Bite is a level 2 ability with a 100% hit chance. Instantly deals 10 beast damage and causes harmful damage over time effects that deal 7 more damage each time they deal damage for 5 rounds. This is strong against critters and weak against flying. Rip is a level 4 ability with a 100% hit chance. This deals 10 beast damage and causes the target to bleed for 5 beast damage per round for 5 rounds. This is strong against critters and weak against flying.
Spindler – is a beast battle pet. Brittle Webbing is a level 1 ability with a 100% hit chance. That deals 10 beast damage and coats the target in brittle webbing causing them to take 5 beast damage each time they attack, this ability lasts for 3 rounds. This is strong against critters and weak against flying. Leech Life is a level 2 ability with a 1-round cooldown and a 100% hit chance. This deals 10 undead damage and the user restores 10 health, this is doubled if the target is webbed. This is strong against humanoid and weak against aquatic. Spinderling Swarm is a level 4 ability with a 4-round cooldown with a 100% hit chance. It swarms the enemy with spinderlings, dealing 20 beast damage, it can deal double damage if the target is webbed. This is strong against critters and weak against flying.
Rocko – is a humanoid battle pet. Stone Shot is a level 1 ability with a 100% hit chance. Hurls a stone dealing 20 elemental damage. This is strong against mechanical and weak against critter. Body Slam is a level 2 ability with a 1-round cooldown and a 100% hit chance. Slams into the enemy dealing 30 humanoid damage and dealing 13 humanoid damage to themselves. This is strong against dragonkin and weak against beast. Stone Form is a level 4 ability with a 6-round cool down. The caster enters a stone state and restores 45 health each turn for 3 turns. This is strong against humanoid and weak against aquatic.
My Battle Pets and Strategy
I used all level 25 battle pets. I went with Direbeak Hatchling, Ikky, and Scourged Whelpling. I started with Direbeak Hatchling I used Ironskin, then Flock, Predatory Strike, and Flock then Boneclaw should die. Spindler comes in and I kept the Direbeak Hatchling in and used Ironskin, Flock, Predatory Strike, Flock, Ironskin and Spindler should die. Rocko comes in and I left Direbeak Hatchling in I used Predatory Strike and the Direbeak Hatchling will die. I brought Ikky in and used Blackclaw, Flock, and Savage Talons, then Black Claw and Ikky will die. I brought in Scourged Whelpling and started with Call Darkness, and Tail Sweep twice and Rocko should die. This is a tricky pet battle it took me a couple of tries to find the right battle pets to use since Rocko will heal up. Good luck!!
Direbeak Hatchling - is a flying battle pet. Falcosaur Swarm! is a level 1 ability with a 100% hit chance. It swarms the target causing 15 flying damage every round and lasts for 2 rounds. Opponents that are struck by the flock take 50% increased damage for 2 rounds. This is strong against aquatic and weak against dragonkin. Ironskin is a level 15 ability with a 4-round cooldown. This reduces up to 15 damage from each attack against you, this lasts 2 rounds. Strong against flying and weak against mechanical. Predatory Strike is a level 4 ability with a 4-round cooldown and a 100% hit chance. This deals 30 flying damage and deals double damage if the target is below 25% health. This is strong against aquatic and weak against dragonkin.
Ikky - this is a flying battle pet. Savage Talon is a level 1 ability with a 100% hit chance. That savagely slashes the enemy dealing 22 flying damage. This is strong against aquatic and weak against dragonkin. Black Claw is a level 2 ability with a 100% hit chance. This adds 8 damage to every attack against the target and it lasts for 3 rounds. This is strong against critters and weak against flying. Flock is a level 4 ability with a 100% hit chance. Flocks the target causing 9 flying damage on the first round, 15 flying damage on the second round, and 21 flying damage on the third round. This lasts for 3 rounds, and opponents struck by flock take 50% increased damage for 2 rounds. This is strong against aquatic and weak against dragonkin.
Scourged Whelpling - is an undead battle pet. Tail Sweep is a level 10 ability with a 100% hit chance. That deals 18 dragonkin damage or 25 dragonkin damage if the user strikes first. This is strong against magic and weak against undead. Call Darkness is a level 2 ability with a 5-round cooldown and a 100% hit chance. A shadow falls across the battlefield dealing 45 humanoid damage and turning the weather to darkness for 5 rounds. During darkness, all pets are considered blinded and all healing received is reduced by 50%. This is strong against dragonkin and weak against beast. Dreadful Breath is a level 20 ability with a 100% hit chance. That channels a dreadful toxic breath which deals 19 humanoid damage split across the enemy team. This deals additional damage if the weather is cleansing rain. Your pet will continue this ability for 3 rounds. This is strong against dragonkin and weak against beast.
