How to get the Sundancer Mount
Before starting this, you will need two things:
Sundancer’s Blessing Buff - To get this buff, you will need to click on the Ancient Memorial that is located at waypoint (60.05, 93.90) in Bastion, The Shadowlands. This buff will last for 30 minutes.
You will need to purchase a Skystrider Glider from the auction house, or you can have a player make one if they are part of the Kyrian Covenant.
After you have both of those, go to waypoint (61, 80) and wait for Sundancer. He has a respawn timer of 45-60 minutes. He flies along the cliffs. When Sundancer is in range, use the glider and click on Sundancer to mount. A special button will show up to Soothe Sundancer. Click that button on cooldown. You will take some damage while doing this. After you soothe Sundancer, he will fly you back to where the Ancient Memormial is, and you will be dismounted. Sundancer will become interactive, and you need to click on him and challenge him. After you start the challenge, Sundancer will become hostile. Once you beat Sundancer, you will be rewarded with the mount. You also get the achievement “In the Hot Seat”.
