To find the Lost Soul, you will need to go to Maldraxxus, The Shadowlands, to waypoint (44,65). The Lost Soul is inside the cave. Once inside the cave, towards the back, you will see a Mysterious Trash Pile. Target it and type /bow. Accept the quest and turn it in to Choofa at the Heart of the Forest in Ardenweald.
